A few things before the fun!

No food or drinks

Because we have so many electronics in the trailer, and for the safety and comfort of the other guests, we do not allow food or drinks inside the trailer. Please make sure your guests are aware of this policy.

If you’re serving food at your party, please be mindful of the kinds of food you offer and make sure guests wipe or wash their hands before coming to play.

Event wrap-up

When it’s time for the games to end, it really helps for your guests (especially kids) to have another activity planned that gets them out of the trailer and our setup area: opening presents, heading inside for lunch or dinner, eating cake, or anything else!

Moving guests to another spot lets us close up the trailer and get out of your way in a timely fashion.

Billing

Unless you’ve made other arrangements, your credit card on file is billed automatically the day after the party. You’ll get an email reminder about the payment and can contact us if anything needs to change, like using another card or another form of payment.
